A SMALL SYSTEM WITH A REAL JOB TO DO

One missed call.
A better next step.

Good service starts before the appointment. A planned follow-up flow can keep the conversation moving while your team gets back to work.

01

Catch the missed call

A planned missed-call flow can send an approved reply when a caller is eligible to be contacted.

A better first response
02

Keep the conversation moving

Follow-up can gather service details and preferred times, then hand them to your team to confirm.

03

Ask for the review

After your team marks a job complete, a neutral request can invite the customer to review you on Google.

MADE FOR BUSY LOCAL TEAMS

Your follow-up shouldn’t be.

A PRACTICAL SERVICE, NOT ANOTHER DASHBOARD

We set it up.
We stay on it.

A one-time setup fee is separate from a recurring monthly management retainer. The proposed scope can include launch preparation and ongoing management after the live services are activated; no prices are listed here.

01

Setup that fits your workflow

We can map the caller’s next step, shape message copy, and prepare your missed-call flow for launch.

02

Ongoing hands-on management

After activation, the monthly retainer can cover agreed workflow management while your team focuses on the work in front of them.

03

A clear view of what’s happening

After launch, receive a straightforward summary of activity from the agreed workflows.

Before we
get to work.

Email Timedcall
Do I have to set up the automations myself?

No. The proposed service includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management retainer. The scope and fees can be discussed before any launch.

What happens after a caller texts back?

A planned conversation can collect the service details and preferred times. Your team confirms the appointment; a text exchange alone does not create a confirmed booking.

How do you handle texting consent?

A missed call alone is not treated as permission to text. Before an SMS workflow is activated, we agree how your business confirms permission and what each message may cover. Planned messages will identify the business and provide a clear opt-out, such as replying STOP. SMS is not active yet.

Which kinds of businesses do you work with?

Local service teams such as plumbers, HVAC companies, dental offices, salons, landscapers, and auto shops. If your business depends on calls, we can talk through the fit.

LET’S GET YOUR CALLS A SECOND CHANCE

Let’s make the next
missed call a better one.

Tell us a little about your business. We’ll talk through a follow-up flow that makes sense for your team.
